Benchmarking: Saving a benchmark in mQ is one of the most important productivity features that we have ever offered. It provides you with a means to share intimate knowledge of equipment operation between technicians and builds your company an asset. Your equipment benchmarks are powerful knowledge base that not only tracks your customers, but also their equipment and how it is operating.  When a system is benchmarked, we calculate the the exact design temperature difference for the evaporator and condenser, record the exact target superheat or subcooling, the exact airflow and the as measured total external pressure of the system. This data is used going forward for unprecedented accuracy with our diagnostics.

Virtuoso: takes you to your technician without an unneeded trip. Steam data from the field to technical support, a lead technician, or to a third party quality control person to assure that system operation is as desired. Virtuoso allows for remote support, trouble shooting and diagnostics saving travel, time and providing a means to eliminate unneeded callbacks.

Service Titan Integration: Enter your Service Titan API into measureQuick Pro, and assign jobs in measurequick eliminating duplicate data input and fat fingering in data in the field. At project completion, send a PDF copy of the report and the photos back to ServiceTitan for the equipment record.

Expanded Diagnostics: The diagnostics of mQ are under constant improvement as continue to model equipment operation and determine when true system faults may be present. Not only can mQ determine when refrigerant charge and airflow problems exist (a problem in over 70% of system) we can also identify problems like return air duct leakage or even non condensible in the refrigerant system.

Quick Tests: When installing a system, temperature pressure compensated pressure test and a good evacuation are critical to the good long term operation of the HVAC equipment. mQ not only allows these tests to be made, but it also provides a way to document them in the project.

Photo Documentation: Photos are a powerful tool to document an installation or equipment condition before and after service. mQ allows for photos to be added to and stored with the equipment records and also the ability to attach them to the reports.

Light colored version of the report: Using too much toner! We heard you. We have a new version of the mQ report that is specifically designed for printing when a hard copy is needed.

Branding: Want your reports to look like your reports? You got it. add your logo to the header or footer of any measureQuick report so your customers know who is providing the outstanding service.

Sensi Predictive Maintenance: Sensi runs flawlessly with the measureQuick operating system allowing for unprecedented connectivity to tools, data, and must have performance benchmarks. Know what’s wrong before you truck rolls out the door. Predictive maintenance can reshape your business making every call a billable call.

Sensi and measureQuick ensure the commissioning process is performed correctly initially and at all future service calls. This powerful combination leads to new market opportunities, increased revenues per ticket, new equipment sales, and more profitable service contracts. From your best tech to your greenhorn, everyone will benefit by changing the way that service work is done!

Bluon Workflow: Anyone can sell you a tank of refrigerant, but Bluon is different, with unprecedented support, and incorporation into the measureQuick app, R22 retrofit has never been easier. Leveraging the mQ Vitals workflow, refrigerant retrofit is fast, easy, and understandable. Bluon not only can replace R22 without the need for an oil change, it will also improve the operation, efficiency, and dehumidification of an existing R22 system.

Vitals Mode: System Vitals are just that. The vital measurements that if they are right assure proper operation of air conditioning systems. We stripped mQ down to a single page making system commissioning and troubleshooting easier, faster and more process focused.

Expanded Equipment Configurations: We added in new equipment configurations for heat pump and air conditioning systems. More to come. Geothermal in on the nearby roadmap.

Technician Management: Turn on and off access to your customers and database for new technicians starting or for those leaving the company.

The Knowledge Base: Have question on how to use or set up mQ? We have a knowledge base to make searching for topics and answer questions easy without having to exhaustively search the web or this forum for answers.

The mQ community: Hey, you are already here! This is a place to share ideas, share best practices and interact with other measureQuick users. While FaceBook is great for socializing, it does not lend well to finding information that you saw posted a month or a week ago.

I currently have Fieldpiece job probs but our other techs do not. Can our other techs use MQ app manually entering data and receive the same results ? Mainly interested in the quick start feature . We have guys that are wanting to move from installers to service techs . We would like them to use the app on install start ups but not sure about supplying Bluetooth probs as installers are hard on tools. Hoping they could enter data manually and get the same results. If so and they show they can successfully use the app. Then would consider investing in the probes. Which do you feel work best with the app? Best for the money? Most durable ? Appreciate any info, thanks.

I got my feildpice probs and they are awesome. But yes you can enter all numbers manually. I did that before I got my probes.

If anyone can help me out. I currently have a Samsung s9 and it’s hard on the battery to run all the probes. I know the best is to get a separate tablet but not in my budget right now. I am getting a new phone (need an upgrade). What phone would you recommend I get? I was thinking to go with a bigger phone like s10+ or one of the notes. Any advice? It can be a different brand other Samsung too. Thank you

I have app on both iPad and iPhone . I find the iPad easiest to view. Try using an external battery supply and keep it charged between calls.

Thank you. I am looking for something with Android and not a tablet (for the moment)

<p style=”text-align: left;”>Is there any way to speed up Bluetooth polling, I have the app on my note 10 and a small galaxy tablet, surprisingly the older tablet doesn’t lag for probe data near as bad as the note 10, Ill be sitting right next to the condenser and loose data from the temp and pressure probes. Brand new batteries, the center dots of the guages turn red and the low and high side guages updates are extremely slow. Thank you for any ideas.</p>

Justin, here’s a link to our Bluetooth troubleshooting page.

Take a look at it to see if any of the suggestions would help.

Can I get some more information on the Service Titan integration? I entered my API key but I don’t see anywhere to interact further.
